Cango Lyec Program Reducing HIV risk, Increasing access to treatment and promoting resilience among conflict-affected populations in Northern Uganda’’ herein referred to as ‘Cango Lyec Study’, is a collaboration between Child Health and development Centre (CHDC), Makerere University College of Health Sciences (MAK – CHS), the University of British Columbia (UBC), Canada, and Northern Uganda Program on Health Science (NUPHS), and covers the districts of Gulu, Amuru, Nwoya and Omoro.
The main objective is to develop, and test Culturally-safe, Strengths-based, Trauma-informed, Technology-enhanced (CSTT) interventions among war affected populations in Northern Uganda. The purpose is to improve access to and uptake of HIV, Hepatitis B, and trauma services in the war affected populations.
The program seeks to recruit a suitably qualified, committed and self-driven individual to fill the following position(s) of Psychiatric Nurse in the program. Get more details in the attachment.
