Christopher holds a Master of Medicine in Ear, Nose and Throat and Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from Makerere University, Kampala, Uganda and Mbarara University of Science Technology respectively. He currently works as a Senior Lecturer at Makerere University, Department of ENT. He supports teaching students of MMedENT, MBCHB, BScN and BSc Speech Therapy. He also develops research protocols, conducts research, disseminates findings, and publishes and writes grants.

Since 2004, Christopher has demonstrated capability in clinical management, project development, implementation, coordination, management, teaching and research. He has also demonstrated research and project management capabilities in ENT, through his professional work experience as a Senior Lecturer at Makerere University. He has also successfully managed projects (e.g. staffing, literature and desk reviews, research protections, work plans, budget, implementation and reporting), worked with other researchers, and produced peer-reviewed publications from each project. From his experiences, He is aware of the importance of frequent communication among project members and of constructing realistic research plans, timelines, and budgets. He is well suited to lead hearing health projects.
