Joseph Ochieng is a Bioethicist, an Associate Professor at the Department of Anatomy at the School of Biomedical Sciences, Makerere University. Joseph is also the Vice-chair National HIV/AIDS Research Ethics Committee at the Uganda National Council for Science and Technology.
