The public health literature has the longest tradition of long-term causal studies on behavioral change and thereby how to overcome the \u201clast&#8211;\u2010mile problem\u201d, which often stands in the way of realizing transformational change (Puri, 2019). The map was funded by Green Climate Fund (GCF) and Climate Investments Funds (CIF).
