Duration of Program : 3 years
This program gives comprehensive nutrition training so that graduates of the program can use food and nutrition knowledge and approaches to contribute to the alleviation of malnutrition and therefore to the development of Uganda and the region.Evaluating cell samples under the microscope for screening purposes Development and evaluation of new cell based diagnostic tests Consulting with patients and providers on issues related to Cytology services Train and improve awareness of modern cytotechnology techniques among other health providers Counseling patients Participate in community disease detection and prevention programs.
