Makerere University College of Health Sciences takes over management of the University Hospital

The Makerere University Council at its 139th meeting held on 11th April 2017 approved the transfer of management of the University Hospital to Makerere University College of Health Sciences effective 1st July 2017. The College Administration Board has put in place an Interim Board chaired by Prof. Moses Kamya; Dean of the School of Medicine to oversee the operationalization of the management of the Hospital.
