Human Resources for Health debates have dominated almost all fora discussing health and health-related issues. In Uganda, the debate is intense on issues of rural and urban deployment of health workers. However, things get more complex when the post conflit health system challenges are brought out. What strategies can be used to ensure that fresh graduates are more interested in practising medicine than practising in a particular location.
