On behalf of the Makerere University College of Health Sciences, I take this opportunity to invite you to the 7th Annual Scientific Conference, scheduled to take place from Tuesday20th ├ö├ç├┤ Thursday 22nd September 2011 at Speke Resort Munyonyo Kampala, Uganda. The theme of this year├ö├ç├ûs conference is ├ö├ç├┐All for Health ├ö├ç├┤ One Health├ö├ç├û, to depict the need to involve everyone in health.
Attendance of this conference gives you an unequalled opportunity to disseminate your research findings or clinical/community experience to a diverse audience inclusive of leading doctors, researchers and members of the civil society. You will also learn about recent developments in health/medicine including new treatments and patient management approaches, new diagnostics, emerging disease, new health policies, new community health approaches, etc.
The conference is being organised by the Makerere University College of Health Sciences in collaboration with the Uganda National Council for Science & Technology (UNCST) to coincide with their Science week; the Uganda National Association of Community and Occupational Health (UNACOH) ├ö├ç├┤ to coincide with their 19th Annual Scientific conference; and the 10th Dr. Mathew Lukwiya Memorial Lecture sponsored by the World Health Organization (WHO).
